Chalé Araucária was built on the top of the Sitio Boa Vista property, with a privileged landscape of the mountains, the lake and the Paratinga River, with free access for guests to the property. Located at Rod SP-171 Guaratinguetá-Paraty, Km 32, Estrada do Jaguarão CNH 999, Km 7 - Cunha SP (20 minutes from downtown Cunha) The space The outdoor area has ample parking to accommodate your vehicle, as well as comfortable chairs to enjoy the scenery. From the deck, you can enjoy a stunning view of the sunset, a fire pit/barbecue, and a relaxing moment inside the hot tub with hot water during the day or at night. A telescope is also available to enjoy the stars. The Chalet's kitchen offers a variety of utensils (cutlery, pots, plates, glasses and bowls), a Nespresso coffee maker, a water purifier, a refrigerator, an oven, a stove for you to prepare your meals, as well as a sink with a single-lever faucet with gas-powered hot water. The living room has a 43” Smart TV and a sofa bed. Even though the chalet is made for disconnecting, we also have a corner with a desk and an office chair for a home office, in case you need to connect with work, with a view from the deck to nature. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable queen-size bed with a view of the starry sky, with extremely high quality and comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a large shower stall with an excellent shower head. Both the shower and the sink faucet are single-lever, gas-powered hot water. Guest access In addition to the outdoor area near the chalet, the lake and river banks are freely accessible. Other things to note There are two accesses to the chalet, by stairs with concrete steps or by car on the private road that is paved with blocks.
