The flat has Private parking and a small private garden with decking for outdoor dining. Located near amenities. Short stroll to the river Avon with historic grade one listed bridge and recreation ground. Very good selection of pubs as well as cafes and an exceptional riverside restaurant with outdoor dining overlooking the river. Stratford upon Avon 6.2 miles. The space From the main entrance door into the lobby the front door to the flat is on the left. Enter through the door into the sitting room/dining room. This room has a reading area, settee and television area and dining table and chairs. The heating is provided with a modern electric radiator and can be used as needed. The kitchen is opposite the dining area and has an electric oven and hob, washing machine, under-counter fridge/freezer, sink, coffee machine and kettle, microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee and a few basics are provided. The Bedroom has a king size bed and bedside tables with lamps either side. At the foot of the bed is a blanket box with a flat sheet, blankets and extra pillow. There is a dressing table with stool, a free standing full length mirror and an open wardrobe with hangers and drawers. The bedroom also has an electric radiator. The bathroom has a walk in shower with safety hand rails, a heated towel rail, sink and toilet and is off the bedroom. French doors lead from the bedroom to the garden area. Guest access The entire flat with garden is for your private use and accessing the flat can be either from the main front door or through the garden French doors. Other things to note Stratford upon Avon is only a short drive or bus trip away. It is also ideal for visiting the Cotswolds to the east or the Malverns to the west.
