Guest access Guests have the entire house and property to themselves + have ample room for up to two cars in the lower driveway. Please note there is no direct beach access from the property. Stairs leading down the beach that sit adjacent to the property belong to a neighbor and no visitor access is allowed. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home or on the premises. MINIMUM AGE & BOOKING: Must be 18 years or older to book a reservation. The person with the name on the reservation MUST be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
