Upstairs, the home features three air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king bed and two additional bedrooms with a queen bed each, all with quality linens. Cook & Connect The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for home cooking, with an induction cooktop, stone benchtops, walk-in pantry, and modern appliances. A pod coffee machine is available for an easy start to the day. Refresh & Recharge The bathroom features a bathtub and monsoon-style shower, with fresh towels and quality toiletries provided for your convenience. Margate Sea-Esta offers a welcoming, well-equipped coastal home designed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of one locked storage cupboard. Check-in is simple and flexible thanks to our keyless smart lock system, arrive anytime that suits you, day or night. You'll also have the convenience of free on-site parking in a private, paved driveway located right at the front of the house. Other things to note This home is situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by permanent residents. We welcome respectful guests who are comfortable observing the house rules and being mindful of the neighbourhood. Please note: • No parties or events • Only registered, paying guests are permitted on the property • Maximum of 6 people on site at any time (no visitors or additional guests coming and going) • Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am This property is best suited to guests who value a peaceful environment and are happy to respect community expectations. *Note: There is currently some building work taking place a couple of houses down from the property. At times there may be intermittent construction noise during standard working hours.
