It is strictly forbidden to leave clotheslines in front of houses to dry clothes. It has to be in the internal areas or their respective service areas or balconies of the upstairs suite. 2. The use of the swimming pool (until 8 p.m.) is in common and it is necessary to maintain cleanliness and organization and not to leave used materials, remains of cans and even sandals or clothes there. And remember to *wet yourself in the shower, to clean yourself, remove all sand, and products before entering the pool.* Be aware of the rules of the pool area (on the sign). For example: Glassware or bottles are not allowed. 3. The barbecues are individualized; each guest is responsible for keeping them clean and free of food scraps or exposed beverage cans, as the sidewalks are shared with all condominium owners. 4. The plastic chairs of each house must be used and collected in the pool areas or even on the sidewalks in front of each house after use. 5. Trash must be collected and thrown into the cans in the service area, next to each laundry sink. That way, the caretaker collects everything and disposes of it properly. 6. Please respect the space of each house. Do not use the washing machine, barbecue grill, chairs, etc., that do not belong to the house you are staying in. 7. Please do not leave food in the house or in the refrigerator. 8. You don't need to unplug any appliances after hosting. 9. Be careful when using the beach umbrella, cart, and chairs. 10. If there is ever an incident and you break any utensil in the house, please let us know to arrange for its replacement. 11. No ball games or games with rubber bullet (similar) weapons are allowed in the common area of the condominium. The sidewalks around the condominium must not be obstructed. 12. Pets are not allowed in the common areas of the condominium. We are seeking to keep our condominium clean, airy and to make everyone feel comfortable and that their rights are respected.
