House by the Fog - Suite Room

Get away in this tranquil fog covered area of Baguio City. It is only 12 mins away by car to all major tourist attractions and is considered one of the foggiest and coldest places to stay. Take a stroll in the mist and immerse yourself close to nature. Located inside of Green Valley Dontogan Area, this serene and relaxing area provides you a safe, peaceful and cozy atmosphere while staying in the city of pines. The space The largest room in the house with its own large private bathroom and walk in closet area. Located on the 3rd Floor this suite room provides a spacious and comfortable space for guests. Guest access Guests are free to use the living room and dining area as they are common areas which all guests have access to. Other things to note CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME Check-in time: 2:00 pm onwards Should your arrival be in the wee hours of the night, do let us know in advance. Check-out time: Strictly at 11 am (Late check out is not allowed as we need enough time to clean the room for the next guest) SMOKING: Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited A fine of Php 1000 shall be imposed for those who don't follow this rule. Please know that Baguio City strictly prohibits smoking PARKING: Free Parking is available. LAUNDRY: There is no washer or dryer in the unit. However, there is a laundry shop just within the village and is walking distance from the property. SHEETS and TOWELS All Sheets and towels are newly changed, clean and fresh each time new guests come in. CLEANING LADY and HER FEE: For Guests who wish to have their rooms cleaned WHILE you are checked in, the on-call cleaning lady charges Php 250 for this task (Subject to Cleaners Availability) Please let us know a day in advance. An additional Php 50 fee if you want your towels changed During your stay An additional Php 100 fee if you want your sheets changed During your stay Guests are encouraged to leave the room while the cleaning lady does her job. This is to limit contact between the guests and the cleaner. *** 1 Free Cleaning and change of towels and sheets for guests staying for 5 nights SECURITY: The room is in a gated property inside a private and gated subdivision. Rest assured that the property is very safe. However, we still would like to recommend that guests lock their room every time they leave the premises. We shall not be held responsible for any personal injuries, accidents or damage/loss to personal belongings WIFI and ELECTRICITY: We have provided guests with fast and reliable internet services through PLDT. Should there be a short power outage, emergency lights are located in key areas of the property as well as in the unit. Please bring back-up WIFI for guests who WFH. COOKING: Cooking is not allowed since we highly encourage all our guests to use this trip as an opportunity to try out all the various restaurants in Baguio City as well as the local cuisines. We will be providing a welcome guide with a list of recommended places to go to. GRAB delivery also provides delivery to our area. A microwave has been provided should you need to re-heat your ordered or take-away meals.
