Other things to note As much as possible, we want to keep the place spacious and open so we keep the extra bed when not needed. When a guest asks for an extra bed it requires manpower to set it up plus additional linens, blanket etc. adds to laundry cost. We also try to keep the cleaning fee to a minimum so it's fair to people not requiring the extras. We hope you understand. • No pets allowed. • Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit. • Please close all windows, turn off the Aircon, TV, and lights when leaving the premises. • Please keep your key with you, lost key has a replacement fee of P500. • Please lock the door each time you leave the unit. • Extra towels are ₱50 each. • Please take care of our sheets and towel. • Please take care of the furnishings, any damaged item will be charged accordingly. • No rearrangement of the furniture. • Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave.
