We're delighted to offer you our cosy, newly-renovated chalet, which sleeps up to 5 people. Situated just a few meters from the Swiss-French border at La Cure, St-Cergue in Switzerland, our place benefits from an ideal location - 5 minutes by car from shops, restaurants and ski lifts, direct access to numerous walks and hiking trails in the Jura forests. The space Our chalet with enclosed garden is ideal for a family with several children. Over two floors, we can accommodate a maximum of 5 people plus a baby. The layout of the rooms is as follows: one bedroom upstairs (equipped with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm raised bed), a second bedroom in the basement with a 160 cm bed, and a TV/sauna room with a comfortable double sofa bed. Everything is provided for your comfort and a pleasant stay: infrared sauna for two, two modern bathrooms (one with shower; the other with shower-bath), bed linen, towel kit, breakfast corner with Nespresso or tea, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, equipment for cooking, cheese fondue, raclette), TV (with Netflix) and Wifi, baby welcome-kit, books, board games and toys for children of all ages. A playground with a soccer and petanque pitch and a ping-pong table is located around 100 m from the chalet for children's enjoyment. In winter, you can be on the ski slopes in less than 5 minutes! You can even choose between La Station des Rousses, one of France's finest Nordic ski areas, and the downhill ski slopes of several massifs in Switzerland and France. The famous tourist train, which departs from La Cure (just a few minutes' walk from our chalet) runs gently down to the villages of St-Cergue and Nyon. You'll enjoy one of the finest panoramas in the Jura, with views of the Lake Geneva basin, the magnificent Alps and Mont Blanc. NOTE: the chalet it is located in a residential area with other chalets in the neighborhood, it is not nestled in a forest. You will hear both the rumble of cows grazing nearby and the road passing close to our place when it gets busy. Guest access Our chalet is a 45-minute drive from Geneva or Lausanne. Parking spaces are available in front of the chalet. La Cure, St-Cergue can also be reached by direct train from Nyon. La Cure station is a 10-minute walk from the chalet.
