Your pet is welcome. Note: Parties and visitors are prohibited. We issue note for companies. The space Our residence is entirely for you who come to visit family, for weddings, graduations and business in Uberlândia. We have 5 bedrooms, all with fans and 4 of them with air conditioning, 2 living rooms with the following accommodations: Suite: 1 double box / 1 single Room: 2 single box Bedroom: 1 bicama Room: 2 single box Bedroom: 1 single shower / 1 double bed Living room: 1 sofa bed TV Room: 1 retractable sofa accommodating 2 people. Kitchen complete with all utensils(glasses, plates, cutlery, penalty) for your meal, coffeemaker, sandwich maker, blender, microwave refrigerator and cooktop. Balcony with barbecue, tables and chairs, hammock, heated swimming pool with solar heating, jumps, stove with oven and washing machine. Garage for 3 large cars, cabs pickup truck. We have a high chair, bathtub and pool cover for the comfort of children🥰. We are located in the Alto Umuarama, near the airport of Uberlândia, 2 minutes on foot you have bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, pharmacy, ice cream shop and market near the residence, 4km from the Shopping Center, 3km from the Center and 4 km from the Sabiá Park. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is safe,has a high wall, concertina in the front, camera monitored 24hrs at the entrance and camera in the outside area (backyard). Note: No parties or visits. Our house is exclusively for resting (sleeping). After 10 p.m., no noise is allowed. Guest access The whole house Other things to note Your pet is also very welcome in our lodging. Parties, visits and external sound are prohibited, the house is exclusively for rest (sleeping), and fraternization is only allowed between guests, and the use of the house's sound system, respecting silence from 10 p.m. Check in as of 1p.m. ( on the day we sent the key vault password). Check-out until 10:00 am (we do not open an exception). Please inform the correct number of all guests, including children and pets that will have access to the house, as we charge per guest and only the number informed here is allowed to enter, with a limit of 15 people. We leave rooms, bed linens and bath towels available according to the number of guests. Solar Heating Pool. Measure: 4.00 x 2.20 x 1.30 Note: In winter, the pool does not heat up, only it breaks the ice, reaching the temperature of up to 30 degrees.
