Relax in this newly renovated house, or walk in, dump your bags, grab your outdoor gear and head outside to enjoy everything Maydena has to offer. Ride at the infamous Maydena Bike Park, explore Mt Field National Park, marvel the huge trees in the Styx Tree Reserve, check out the Junee Caves, enjoy the views at Lake Gordon and Lake Pedder, or admire the beauty of the World Heritage area. There’s room for 4-6 people, so grab your fiends & family and enjoy a weekend away in the Wilderness The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 6 beds in total - 4 queens and 2 x king singles (loft beds), 1 x main bathroom, a second toilet, laundry, kitchen, living, dining, and an outdoor bbq area. Everything you need is there: washing machine, dryer, split system, small heaters in the bedrooms, TV (with Chrome cast), sound bar, fridge, stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, tea, coffee, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, towels, bedding etc There is a small patio area out the back with a bike stand and pump, plenty of on-site parking, and a small shed out the back to store and lock up your belongings. Other things to note The house is super close to Maydena Bike Park (3 doors down) so enjoy the convenience of ride in/out access to and from the trails. Registration Details DA 2024/13
