A supermarket 300 m away. It is located on the 1st and last floor. My studio is equipped with a fitted kitchen with the necessary accessories as well as basic spices (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, ground coffee, tea, sugar) and a large bathroom. you can easily park on the street.
