The pretty village of Portpatrick, with its colourful houses and cute eateries, is 8 miles away. The space The cottage is situated on a working farm and boasts fabulous views across the rolling countryside. A ramp leads to the property, and measures have been taken inside to increase accessibility. Neutral paintwork and exposed woodwork create a sense of calm throughout the property and the open-plan layout makes it feel sociable and spacious. Enter the property into the hallway and through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This bright and airy room has dual-aspect windows and a collection on comfortable seating. Spend time here, catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and sharing delicious feasts around the wooden dining table. On a warm evening, open the doors to the garden to extend the living space outdoors. The property has two beautiful bedrooms. Choose from a relaxing king-size or a cosy twin (where one of the beds is an ‘Adjustamatic’ bed for increased accessibility). The spacious family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a walk-in bath for easy access and a bath seat. To the side of the property is a decked area with rattan chairs and a large lawn for children to play on, and to the rear is a suntrap decked area with furniture for al fresco dining, as well as a BBQ and sun loungers. Patio doors at the rear of the property lead to the gym and games room (shared with the owner), which are located beneath the cottage.
