Summer couldn't be more fun with our patio. Close to amenities that you will need. Central for both Kirchner and waterloo. I am a super host 6 years in a row providing clean and comfortable stays for our guests. Look forward to hosting you! The space Our house is on 3 levels: basement, ground floor and second floor. Ground floor you are welcome into a nice cozy family room, with TV and tasteful decor. From the family room you move into the kitchen and dining room. On the way you will pass the powder room. Our kitchen is fully operational with everything that you might need. It has all basic pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc. The master wall of the kitchen and the backyard will be the perfect view you will need for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our backyard has everything that you would need. A BBQ grill, a patio, patio furniture, fire pit and a beautiful lawn. Our second floor is where you will find the 3 bedrooms and a full washroom. Our house is professionally cleaned. At least 8 towels are provided. Clean sheets and a clean washroom is what you will find on the second floor. You will not miss the convenience of hotel or cleanliness. In fact you might find it better. Going into the basement is our office, beautiful chair facing a fire place and two extra floor mattresses for your family. Please review the photos for the layout and if you still have questions please don't hesitate to message me :) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. No spaces are shared. Only the storage room is not accessible. Other things to note Please park on the driveway. Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. We have arranged lawn mowing. Due to rain the lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower Snow removal: Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Please note that salting is not included, and we are not responsible for slips or falls if the snow removal service is delayed. Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days. Since our cleaners do not have time to refill propane tanks, please note that propane is not provided. However, an empty tank is available on-site, and you can exchange it for a full one at your convenience. From November to April, the BBQ and backyard are not maintained due to winter conditions.
