The space Welcome to my home - ten minutes flat walk to the vibrant Marlow Town centre and five minutes to Higginson Park and the River Thames. Through a separate front door, you will walk into a large open-plan seating area with a dining table. There is a comfortable large settee and bifold doors onto a private patio with garden views. The fully equipped kitchen is to the left with a large fridge freezer, fan assisted oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a downstairs toilet and a large storage cupboard. The wide screen TV has Netflix and all the apps you will need. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a very comfortable double bed with Egyptian cotton bedding. This room has blackout curtains. There is an en suite with a great shower and lots of storage space. On the other side of the landing is the second bedroom with a small double bed. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. This room has blackout curtains. The sofa downstairs also pulls out to a large double bed so the house can comfortably sleep four adults. Parking Private driveway parking is located directly outside the house Other things to note Pets: we cannot allow any pets, even very well behaved ones. Children: the property is not suitable for young children as there are no appropriate safety measures in place.
