For the convenience of guests with luggage, we provide luggage carts that can be borrowed free of charge to carry luggage up the stairs, making it easy to get luggage upstairs even on higher floors. Keep the environment quiet for rest In order not to disturb other residents, please keep quiet between 10pm and 7am and avoid loud noises in the room or in public areas such as balconies and hallways. 3. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and on the balcony to avoid the smell of smoke affecting the next guest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 4. No pets Please understand that this B&B does not accept pets. 5. Water heater instructions If the water heater in the room uses hot water continuously for more than 30 minutes, it will automatically stop heating. If this happens, you need to go outside the room and press the button on the gas meter to restart. The operation is relatively complicated. It is recommended to avoid using hot water for a long time. To avoid this problem, turn off the faucet halfway and turn it on again. 6. Garbage disposal instructions • Short-term guests can leave their trash in the room and we will handle it all at once, no sorting is required. • Residents are requested to assist in the sorting of garbage and to place it in the designated bins.
