Beach house - lower floor

Lower floor. Great location, 3-minute walk to the beach, with bakery and market right in front. Next to the ferry (5 min by car) that crosses to Santo André and Santo Antônio (wonderful beaches), 15 min by car from Oxe Mói and Toa Toa (famous Porto kiosks). The kitchen is complete with a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, blender, mixer and utensils. The house is well aired and ventilated, you can feel the sea breeze lying in the hammock on the balcony.
