To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the path to the terrace area is 200cm wide. The terrace is flat with a small patch of lawn. There is a small step up to the pool, while the inside of the pool requires step access. Access to the covered alfresco dining area requires step access. This can be seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property, where the door into the lounge/kitchen is 150cm wide.
