The space Once you enter the complex, our apartment is in the buildings facing the river shape pool. Apartment is ground level with no stairs, perfect for families with small kids or elders that prefer not to climb stairs. Upon entering the apartment you access the open and very nicely decorated area of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Some art was painted by local artist. All the furniture is comfortable to have a good time either resting or talking and having fun with the family or working remotely. We take cleanliness very seriously and we like to have a spotless place for your arrival. The colors, the decoration, the art, everything was chosen and thought so that you can feel a Caribbean atmosphere. Master bedroom has private bath, ROKU TV and best of all comfortable mattress for a good night sleep. The apartment has wifi, and a smart TV in the living room. Other things to note 1. For a separate fee we can deliver a supermarket purchase prior to your arrival of up to 20 items. 2. The Aquatika Condominium has a strict policy of access control to the facilities and VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Make sure the number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names submitted. Once the names are sent to the Administration, no changes are allowed. 3. For your stay we offer some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they run out during their stay. 4. The main pool, with an exciting slide, is open all week. The water slide is open only on weekends. 5. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is a work in progress. Power outages may occur during your stay. It usually restores in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but don't let this stop you from giving us the opportunity to receive it.
