This spacious first-floor apartment in the Aquatika complex is just 17 miles from San Juan International Airport, offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. The space Once you enter the complex, our apartment is in the buildings facing the river shape pool. Apartment is ground level with no stairs, perfect for families with small kids or elders that prefer not to climb stairs. Upon entering the apartment you access the open and very nicely decorated area of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Some art was painted by local artist. All the furniture is comfortable to have a good time either resting or talking and having fun with the family or working remotely. We take cleanliness very seriously and we like to have a spotless place for your arrival. The colors, the decoration, the art, everything was chosen and thought so that you can feel a Caribbean atmosphere. Aquatika complex is a gated community of private apartments offers a wide range of amenities, including five pools, beach access, basketball and tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, and mini golf. A water slide is available at one of the pools on weekends, and beautiful gardens provide a peaceful setting for walks and morning exercises. The Caribbean apartment is fully equipped and spacious, featuring a cozy living area with a TV, a dining room, and a recently renovated kitchen with modern appliances. For added convenience, it includes a washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays or packing light. The main bedroom offers a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Additionally, there’s a portable baby crib, ironing board, extra pillows, and extra bed linens. Guest access The entire apartment is for the use, enjoyment and privacy of our guests. Keyless entry. After 4:00 pm you can arrive at any time. The apartment has two assigned parking spaces at no additional cost. All pools can be used at no additional cost no matter which part of the complex you are staying. Other things to note Additional notes: 🚫 No Visitors Only registered guests allowed (max 8). No name changes after submission to the administrator (usually 48 hours before check in). 💵 Aquatika Guest Fee The condo fee is included in your reservation for the number of guests in the reservation. Any Changes in the number of guests after booking is confirmed will result in an additional one time fee of $14.00 per guest. ⚡ Power Outages Puerto Rico’s grid can be unstable. Outages may happen but the local outages are usually resolved within hours, unless it is a major event. 🧴 Starter Supplies We provide basics to start your stay. Guests replenish as needed. 🏖️ Beach Gate Open 8:00 am to dark. 🚨Beach access is weather permitting 🌊 For everyone’s safety, condo management may occasionally keep the gate closed if sea conditions are rough or pose a risk—even if you’re just planning to relax on the sand. 🌿 Gardens & Pools Maintained by the HOA not by host. Tell us if you notice anything needing attention. 🧑‍💼 Main Guest Must be 25+. 💦 Water Slide Open Sat–Sun, 10:00 am–5:00 pm. ⏱️ Early check‑in at no additional cost is sometimes possible between noontime and 4:00 pm depending on previous guests and the cleaning team’s schedule. If you need to check in earlier than noontime and cleaning schedule allows it, we can offer it for an additional fee of $20.00 per additional hour earlier than noontime between 6:00 am and noontime.
