Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation. All guests are requested to carry a copy of their government ID proofs and submit it at the time of check-in with our care taker. • Max 6 guests including kids are allowed. • EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT An early check-in or late check-out can be provided, based on our availability and cleaning schedule. The property has two shared swimming pools, one for adults and one for children where our valued guests can relax and enjoy a swim in the swimming pool during 9 am – 7:30 pm • Pets are not allowed. ( Please drop us a message, we may consider in a special case as we too are pet lovers ) • In case of a power cut, there is a Inverter back-up which enables fans and lights to work for your convenience. • STRICTLY NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ HOOKAH etc. INSIDE THE APARTMENT We keep our apartment hygienic for all our guests and just do not allow smoking of any kind inside the apartment. • Any kind of Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. • SECURITY DEPOSIT We collect a security deposit amount of Rs./₹ 5,000 at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount otherwise full amount will be refunded at Check out provided everything is in order :) • Our Home is on the Ground Floor making it easily accessible & comfortable for the respected senior citizens to come & enjoy the stay at our Home. • EXTRA GUESTS: This space comfortably fits 4 Adults in 2 bedrooms. Upto 6 Adult guests can be accommodated in the apartment with extra bedding which could be made available in the living area with an extra charge of ₹1,000/- per Adult guest, per night. Please don't sleep on the couch without a layer of linen on it. Ask the caretaker to help you with it. • HOUSEKEEPING Our caretaker handles everything for you. He'll clean the apartment and dishes at 10:00 am every day ( or at a time as per your convenience before 3 p.m. ) Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request or after every 3 nights. We would also request you not to ask the caretaker to wash and handle your clothes or personal belongings. We will not be responsible for any extra work (other than the scope of work mentioned above) or damage or loss of your personal belongings during your stay. • NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10PM As Per The Government Of Goa Laws You'll be staying in a residential area so please respect the privacy of our neighbours. • TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS Airport pick-ups/drops, taxi services by the trip or by the day and self-driven car rentals can all be organised at an over and above cost. Contact details of the service provider can be provided to you after your booking is confirmed. Please deal directly.
