A detached villa is rare in Taipei and has enough privacy, you can have your own washing machine, bathroom, and refrigerator in a luxurious and quiet suite, and you can complete your daily needs in the room. We use the best bathroom facilities to entertain our guests, and we hope you will be discerning and not just settling for it, and we welcome you to appreciate the experience. The space We are now a unique and rare detached villa in Taipei City, newly renovated, with the best non-toxic and environmentally friendly building materials and paints, as well as high-end imported bathroom equipment. Other things to note 1. No smoking, no gambling. Smoking or gambling is not allowed in the apartment. 2. Please do not disturb the neighbors, please lower the volume after 9pm, do not affect the neighbors. Do NOT disturb or make loud noise after 9pm. 3. Check-out time is 11:30, overtime will be charged 1000 NTD per hour. Checking out time is 11am. Exceeding fee is NTD 1000 per hour. 4. Keep things clean and respect others. The first and second points above, if excessively violated, will result in a fine of TWD 5,000.
