Welcome to the Bordeaux region, in a haven of peace surrounded by vineyards. Situated in a hamlet close to the village, the stone house is designed for families with large spaces and has a private unheated swimming pool open from the beg. of June to the end of September) as well as a jacuzzi (open all year round) and an enclosed garden. The space ***Minimum 14-night stay from 11 July to 30 August 2026*** Our cat (who lives mainly outside) will keep you company. We can, however, arrange for him to stay with friends if you plan on bringing your own pet. Ground floor plan: - a living room with large bay window opening into the terrace - a dining room (10 seatings) - a fitted kitchen - a bathroom (shower and 2 washbasins) - 1 separate toilet - 2 bedrooms more suited to children, i.e. => The "orange" bedroom: 1 single bed and play area. * The "orange" bedroom: 1 single bed and games area. Drawer bed possible * The "blue" bedroom: double bed (140) with a small independent desk area if required. On the 1st floor, the landing leads to 2 large bedrooms with air conditioning: * 1 double bedroom (bed 160) with en-suite shower room. No WC * 1 double bedroom (bed 160) on a glazed large mezzanine (overlooking the dining room but private with blinds) Travel cot, high chair, baby bath and changing mat are available on request Outdoor area : In addition to the swimming pool (4mx6m), you have access to: - a terrace with dining table (10 people) in the shade, a barbecue and 4 sun loungers + parasols - a garden area (grass) of around 300m2 Ideally located, our accommodation lets you explore the region's rich cultural and historical heritage: the Dordogne, Périgord and their emblematic sites, as well as Bordeaux, less than an hour away. Looking for a beach break? The Bay of Arcachon and the Atlantic Ocean are just 75 minutes away. St Emilion is 20 mins by car, Libourne 25 mins, Bordeaux Airport (1h) Guest access You will have access to the whole house except for our office at the end of the house, which will be locked. Other things to note * Wifi available (high connexion) * Free netflix/Canal/Prime video TV access * The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm but access is not closed. Your children are under your full responsibility * Pets are welcome (please let's discuss :)) * Parties are not allowed and in respect of the neighbours, we ask our guests not to make any noise after 10.30pm outside. * The accommodation is non-smoking indoors
