A much loved family home, and only 4 kms from Bendigo CBD and a short walk to the beautiful Reservoir Lake and sports fields. Within 500m's find one of Bendigo's best outdoor playgrounds! Four bedrooms set up as below: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (plus optional trundle) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (plus optional sofa bed) Bedroom 4 (attached bungalow): Queen Bed Please make sure you request the trundle or sofa bed if required! The space This well cared for family home offers all the comforts you would expect, only minutes from town. Three bedrooms in the main house, and additional bedroom off the decking area (access is completely undercover) give comfortable sleeping options for up to 11 guests. A generous kitchen and open living area with dining table lead out to a patio overlooking the small above ground pool. The master bedroom hosts a king sized bed, large walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The second bedroom has two king single beds and a single pull out trundle bed. The third bedroom is a converted loungeroom with plenty of space. It has a queen bed, and a pull out couch (slightly smaller than a double bed), separated by cube shelving which can be seen in the photos. The forth bedroom is accessed from the patio area outside and has a queen bed. There is a washing machine and other laundry items available - please check out our full list of amenities within the listing. Guest access The house is set up for guest use - and all rooms in the house are available! Please not that our cleaners will set the home up for the number of guests booked - and extra rooms may be locked if not booked for and requested. While there is a garage available for off street guest parking, the shed in the back corner of the yard is locked and not for guest use. Other things to note This house is perfect for family stays - if you require a portacot or other baby items please just ask! Late Check Out / Early Check In We understand that set check in (3pm) / check out (10am) times don't always work for our guests so we do offer early check in or late check out for $45. We just need a few days notice so we are able to schedule the cleaning of the property appropriately.
