The studio is located on Rue St Charles in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, 50 m from the square and the Charles Michels metro station. A few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower, you can quickly reach the various shops in the neighborhood, the Beaugrenelle shopping center and the banks of the Seine. Access to the studio is well secured (intercoms). It consists of a double glazed window and the other premises of the building are offices. The studio therefore enjoys an appreciable calm. The space From the entrance, you will find a pleasant living room overlooking an equipped kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. The kitchenette was custom-made. It has a hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There are also all the necessary kitchen accessories (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery...) and storage. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a table and some storage. The studio is equipped with internet (WiFi). Everything you need to make you feel comfortable. Note: The hot water tank (with a volume proportional to the size of the studio) can only accommodate one person. Guest access The location of the apartment is central. It is very easily accessible. Indeed, the Charles Michels metro station is 50 meters away. There you will find metro line 10 and buses 42, 70, 88, N12 and N61. Lines 6 and 8 are also very close (Dupleix and Commerce stations), as is the RER C (Javel station). The studio does not overlook the street. It is on the courtyard side, accessible after climbing a few steps. There's no elevator. 2 codes are required to open the doors to access the courtyard. Other things to note Available for 1-7 months.
