Strict Behavior Guidelines No parties, gatherings, or loud music—this is a peaceful home, and noise complaints will result in immediate eviction. No smoking or vaping inside the property. A penalty fee will apply for any violations. No illegal activities of any kind (drugs, underage drinking, prostitution, etc.). Authorities will be notified. No disruptive behavior—this includes arguing, fighting, or any form of violence. Cleanliness & Tidiness Keep the property clean and organized. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Dispose of trash properly in designated bins. No eating or drinking on couches or beds to prevent stains. Guest Limit & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
