Solar da Barra Beach House

Casa Solar da Barra is located in the town of Barra de Sirinhaém, a village between Porto de Galinhas and the Carneiros beach in Tamandaré. Located a few meters from the beach, from which you can see the popular island of Santo Aleixo. Very large, well-equipped, comfortable and air-conditioned accommodations for up to 18 people, perfect for groups of friends and family. We offer laser itineraries, gastronomy and speedboat rentals. A room with two rooms , large terrace, swimming pool and kiosk, very well integrated are perfect for moments of laser and rest. The kitchen is complete and very well equipped with all the necessary tools. Service area with washer and ample integrated clothesline. The 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, being 3 suites ,plus 1 social bathroom and 1 bathroom in the outdoor area near the kiosk , totaling 5 bathrooms . A garage for up to 3 cars with an electronic gate. Families with children and with elderly people will be very welcome , the house is very flat, without stairs , with support bars and ramps. Jardim very well taken care of lawn and ornamental plants providing a welcoming and delicious well-being. A few observations: We are pet friendly, but pets will only be allowed after prior consultation, we charge a fee of R$100 per pet, being limited to 2 pets per stay. The energy is measured at the entrance and exit , by the guest, employee or landlord ( photograph the meter) charged at the checkout calculated the amount of R$1.20 per kilowatt, already with taxes. We have an appointment as an extra diarist, simply requesting the contact and negotiating the period of the stay. The daily rate is R$120,00. We have a homemade service included in the daily with morning and night access for maintenance of the swimming pool, garden and garbage collection ( from the separate and closed bag). Guest access - 48 hours before check in the guest must inform their arrival time. - The gate engine is wi-fi, we have a security camera on the pole directed to the gate , we will open it remotely. The house has 2 spaces for large cars or 3 spaces for medium cars, the others can park in front of the house, it has a reflector and a camera , it is a very quiet environment. - Exclusive house for the guest you rented. Residential place and very quiet. Other things to note It is not included in the price of the fare , bed and bath linen, but we mediate the rental next to an inn in the region of the requested parts. - Events, parties, bands, decoration on walls (whether with nails or ribbons), fireworks , exceeding the maximum capacity of 18 people and inviting other guests without prior authorization is allowed. - The sea in front of the house is open sea, suitable for a delicious dip of people suitable for swimming, and is not suitable for the elderly or unaccompanied children (if you want a calmer sea, you should move left for 200 meters). - The voltage of the house is all 220v, which is the standard in the Northeast.
