Large villa in a quiet area close to the city center. The accommodation has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, playroom (including ping pong table), game corner (PS3-5), playhouse, large patio, both under the roof and by the pool, several bathrooms and private parking. The space The house is suitable for both one and several families. The house has both grass areas, patio, pool, hot tub and game room with Playstation 3-5 as well as football game/table tennis! The house is in a quiet residential area a stone's throw from Örebro City. Several grocery stores are within 5–10 minutes walking distance. In the house, there are four bedrooms. One room with a double bed, two rooms with single beds and one room on the basement level with a double bed. In the basement there are also surfaces for air mattresses/extra beds (a tent bed and two air mattresses are available if necessary). A total of six (nine including extra beds) beds! The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with a kitchen table, four seats. Large living room with big sofa and another dining table (six-eight seats). Bathroom with toilet, double sink, shower and bathtub are upstairs as well as a guest toilet in the hall. In the basement there is a private toilet and shower. Laundry facilities with a tumble dryer are also available in the basement. Patio with barbecue facilities at the privacy-protected pool area. Bed linens are on site and do not cost extra. Towels are not included. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire accommodation plus the plot. Parking on the driveway (for two cars) is included.
