Great sunny studio with own entrance and walkout small patio for the unit. Walking distance to South Keys shopping centre, (major bus and city train terminal). Unit has dedicated parking. 5 min drive to Ottawa airport and Trans-Canada Hwy, 15 min drive to downtown 1 block from banks, grocery, restaurants and Shoppers Drug Mart. Very close to Walmart. Smart TV has Netflix (there is a TV it's just not in the photos now as there is currently a guest inside and I need to wait to update photos)
