My house will comfortably accommodate you and your family for vacation or seasonal housing. Located in a family-friendly, super safe neighborhood, 7 minutes from Downtown. Close to bakery, supermarket, drug store, restaurants and snack bars. Easy access to the city's main waterfalls and trails. The space House with 2 bedrooms, one suite with a super comfortable queen bed and air conditioning, the other bedroom with a double box bed and ceiling fan. I also provide an extra single mattress. Small desk and office chair for work. 3-seater retractable sofa and dad's armchair. There are hooks for a hammock on the balcony. Garage for one car with automatic gate, guest toilet, living room and open kitchen. Services area with tank and washing machine. Guest access All areas are private and available, with the exception of some closets where I leave some personal items. Other things to note - The household voltage is 110V - Smoking is prohibited inside the residence, subject to a fine. It has smoke detectors. - Parties and loud music are prohibited. - Some lockers will not be available for guest use, as I store some personal items. - The garage is for passenger cars, vehicles such as pick-ups and large cars may not fit. However, the place is very quiet and larger vehicles can be parked on the sidewalk in front of the house. - I have 4 surveillance cameras installed, two that film the street, one external in front of the house and another external in the back.
