We are surrounded by the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, minutes from the beach area & boat/kayak launching ramps of the lake, dining within walking distance, and local shops nearby. Get back to nature with hiking, biking, and ATV trails, boating, fishing, and whitewater rafting. Come relax with us in Almost Heaven, West Virginia. Where country roads truly take you home! The space Cabin has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, open concept living/kitchen, sofa, recliner, fully equipped kitchen, private back deck with chairs, picnic table & fire pit. Guest access We are 1.7 miles from the public beach area & boat/ kayak launching ramps of Summersville Lake. We rent additional parking for boats & trailers daily. We have a walking trail (access behind playground) to Long Point Overlook, the most photographed area of Summersville Lake. Walking distance to Long Point Grill & Bar and minutes from Summersville State Park, New River Gorge Bridge, Fat Eddie's (ice cream & more), hiking trails, kayak & boat rentals, marina & more.
