The property is perfectly situated for exploring the North York Moors National park, either by bike or foot. The space The property has a generous sized yet cozy living room with a country cottage feel, featuring a log fire, exposed stone wall, a large 3 seater sofa and love chair. Plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The property has a tastefully decorated bathroom with an electric shower and modern sanitary ware. Essentials such as toilet roll, anti-slip mat, towels and hand soap are provided. The master bedroom exudes a modern yet country cottage feel and features a king-size bed, large double wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. The second bedroom includes two single beds, bedside tables and double wardrobe. The exposed beams and Velux windows are most definitely the focal point of this room. The beautiful extended kitchen with exposed beams and full height glazed window is the perfect place to cook and enjoy meals. The kitchen includes a handcrafted oak seating and dining area so you will have plenty of space to socialise or enjoy a meal with your friends and family. The property is accessed via steps which may not be suitable for some guests. There is parking for one car outside the property. There is additional free parking over the road if required. The village pub is a few minutes walk away from the property. The pub is set in a 17th Century coaching inn and includes a restaurant with an unusual Tudor style design, together with a cosy Bistro. If you fancy going further afield the neighbouring villages of Stokesley, Great Ayton and Great Broughton offer an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes.
