Beautiful stone Norman house!

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You will find all the comforts you need. The stone gives all its charm to this typical house: cool in summer and warm with its fireplace in winter. The trailer offers an atypical 5th bedroom! Located 10 minutes from the Caen ring road and its Memorial, 10 minutes from the medieval city of Falaise and the castle of Guillaume Le Conquérant or hiking in the Swiss Normandy without forgetting the landing beaches! The space In our large house, there are 2 dining areas. The large bedroom is on the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a 4th bedroom in the attic. The 5th bedroom is located in the trailer in the garden. The living room sofa is a sofa bed and provides two additional sleeping spaces. Our house is a cozy and welcoming place to live. We love hosting friends and family there. In summer, you can enjoy meals on the sunny terrace all day long, and in winter, the weather is mild and cozy by the fireplace. Outdoor games and fitness equipment are available at the City Stade, a 2-minute walk away. Guest access Only one room (with access outside the house) will be closed. Other things to note Possibility to park 3 cars in our private parking lot.
