Spacious and sunny apartment

Spacious and light apartment in Amsterdam, in the midst of vibrant Amsterdam Oost. We renovated the house when we moved in 2022 and having been enjoying this place very much ever since! The house is close to the Javastraat and Oosterpark with heaps of cozy bars, but the place itself is a quiet apartment where you can relax after exploring Amsterdam. This 80m2 apartment is located on the top 4th floor (with elevator) and has a balcony on the southeast and an outside seating on the west side! The space The house is a 80m2 apartment with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a sofabed with an additional mattress pad and a cot. The living room contains of an open kitchen plan and a big dining table seating six. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven and of course all the appliances needed for cooking. The living room has lots of windows so it’s a light space throughout the whole day. We have a big sofa from which you can cast your Netflix-series via the Chromecast. The balcony has a seating area for four people and a gas-heated barbecue which you can use! The master bedroom contains of a large bed with Matt sleeps mattress (180x210). The second bedroom has an Ikea sofa bed which can be converted to a comfortable second twin bed because of the extra topper. The apartment has a separate toilet and bathroom facility. Guest access When you stay at our place, you will have access to the whole apartment! If you have any questions regarding your stay in Amsterdam, you are more than welcome to contact us. Of course we have plenty of local tips to help you make the most of your stay! Other things to note The apartment is located next to the Flevopark. Supermarkets are within walking distance (less than 5 minutes), and so are public transport options (tram and train). By either public transport or bike you are at the city centre in 15 minutes.
