Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Tike's cottage is one of five cottages at South Coombe Farm, with an official Visit England Five Star Gold rating. Tike's is a converted eighteenth century farm building, set in fifteen acres of Devon countryside. We have superb facilities on site, including an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, games room with pool table, toddler indoor and outdoor play areas, fenced in dog exercise area, lots of animals. Private HOT TUB in garden The space up to 4 Dogs welcome - MUST be included in booking request Tikes cottage consists of 2 cottages joined together - Tilly's -3 Bedroom cottage with private Hot tub. This cottage has been priced for 6 with the additional fee added for 7th person. Bedroom 1 - Downstairs fully accessible with ensuite shower and super-king bed (2 twin beds on request) - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 - King size upstairs - Sleeps 2 Bedroom 3 - Super-king bed or twin beds with additional pull out trundle bed allowing for additional child/adult. - Sleeps up to 3 The trundle bed in bedroom 3 is only set up and available if the additional 7th person is added to the booking. All additional Bedding provided. Drakes - This cottage has been priced for 4 with additional charge for 5th child. 2 bedrooms - large master bedroom with king bed smaller single bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed for additional child. large family bathroom with freestanding bath (with feet) & large shower. Both cottages have there own kitchens/living areas and room to seat 12 guests dining together.
