The space The accommodation: The house is located in the "Can Sauleda" development in Sant Antoni de Vilamajor, on the slopes of Montseny. It is surrounded by 2000 square meters of fully fenced private land. The area around the pool is landscaped and has different garden furniture. The rest of the land is a forest of holm oaks and pines. The house is surrounded by the porch and a large terrace that has two levels. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and barbecue. We have a travel crib equipped in case it is needed (on request) The surroundings: The house is located 40 kilometers from Barcelona on the AP7 highway towards Gerona, exit number 12 Cardedeu. The village, San Antoni de Vilamajor, is 500m from the house and has several supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, library, medical service, winery…. Etc. On Sundays there is a market where they sell fruit, vegetables and sausages from local farmers. 4000 meters away is LLinars del Vallés, a larger town that has a direct train station to Barcelona and Barcelona airport. Activities: From the house you can make multiple excursions in the same area that is surrounded by fields, mountains and trails. And... Why not? You can also discover the area on horseback. We can also visit the Montseny Natural Park (Viladrau, Santa Fe swamp, Sant Celoni, Vic...) and the Montnegre Natural Park. Just 10 km away is the La Roca Village shopping center. A must-see in the area!! A 15-minute drive to the Circuit de Montmeló. About a 30-minute drive to Mataró, Arenys de Mar, Canet, and other coastal towns where you can enjoy their beaches. And 40 minutes away is the beautiful Costa Brava. It also has a special charm to visit the old area of Cardedeu and Granollers. And of course, 35 minutes away we are in Barcelona with all its attractions. And if you don't feel like leaving the house, you can spend a great family day swimming in the pool, sunbathing, reading a book under a pine tree or having a night barbecue! Sorry, pets are not allowed. No smoking of any kind inside the house. The house is located in a very quiet and family area that transmits peace and rest and this is our premise with the environment. For this reason, it is not allowed to hold parties or organize any other type of event. Under no circumstances is it allowed to exceed the capacity of the house or to accommodate people who are not listed in the reservation.
