You're welcoming 3 room suite

Centrally located and Perfect place near the strip. Private 3 rooms attached to our home (gated) with its own entrance/door. One king size bed and 2 queen size sofa beds. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wifi, private bathroom with tub and toiletries & hair dryer. 65” Roku tv. This is our home but there is no access to the main house. Plz No cannabis use inside the house. We are located 5-7 minutes away from the airport. Allegiant stadium is 4 MI LV Strip 3.2 MI Airport 2.7 MI The space The suite is attached to our home, it consists of 3 rooms attached to each other. One room is separated by a door the other 2 rooms separated by an arch and curtains. It has its own private entrance and the door connecting the suite to the main house has a dead lock. Parking is on the street right in front of the house. House is gated with a service gate with a security code. The area is very secure however there aren't many homes here since we are technically unincorporated Las Vegas. Homes in this area sit in over one acre lots and there is even a horse ranch just around the corner (no you don't smell them!) so it might feel strange compared to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas Guest access Guest have their own private area. There is seating in the porch for their use only to enjoy their coffee or read or just enjoy themselves. Private entrance with code. Other things to note Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, and water provided. Some snacks (cookies, chips, etc) available in the suite Bathroom has some toiletries available and hair dryer. Board games for everyone in the family provided. Extra sheets and blanket available in the suite.
