Large and colorful, it is perfect for those looking for a quiet, welcoming, spacious accommodation and well connected to the center of Udine (bus stop below the house) and the main roads. Ample free parking also for campers and vans. Shops and services within walking distance. The space The apartment has an airy dining-living room with terrace and park views, full kitchen, double bedroom, beautiful master bathroom with walk-in shower and second bathroom. LIVING AREA As soon as you enter, you will access the spacious dining-living area with access to the terrace (south side) and the kitchen. The living room overlooks the condominium park. The kitchen is equipped with all the main appliances such as an oven, gas stove, microwave, and kettle as well as pots, plates, and cutlery. In the living room, there is a TV, Xbox 360, games books and DVDs available for guests. SLEEPING AREA Through a hallway from the living area you reach the sleeping area consisting of a large double bedroom equipped with a wardrobe and dresser. Next to it is the main bathroom and a second half bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and you will also have a drying rack, ironing board and iron if you need to wash clothes. NOTES: Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes not allowed in the house, if you need to, you can take advantage of the terrace and ashtray provided, thank you. The apartment is not equipped with WiFi. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of a condo building with elevator. In front of the street, there is a large parking lot with numerous free parking spaces (also spacious for campers or vans). Near the house within a few hundred meters are all the main amenities such as a supermarket, swimming pool, pharmacy, playground, mechanic and numerous bars and restaurants. Below the house there is also a bus stop (lines 2 and 253) that passes through the center of Udine and arrives at the train station in about twenty minutes. Other things to note The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. If you want to host a third person, an inflatable mattress is available. The apartment does not have WiFi internet.
