Welcome to D’Casa, our simple yet stylish and cozy 1-bedroom unit at Newcoast Boracay! Our modern and fully-furnished unit is for small families and groups, and couples who are looking for a home away from home experience in the island of Boracay. The space Our property in Ocean Garden Villas is conveniently located in Boracay Newcoast, a quiet and tranquil side of the island. It is a Megaworld development consisting of shopping stores, restaurants, luxurious hotels, village, and condominium. Our unit has a view of a golf-course and a limited view of the beautiful ocean of Boracay. Maintained and landscaped gardens surrounds the area, a great scenery for walking/jogging. Just a few minutes walk is a private-beach exclusive for Newcoast hotels and condo guests. The unit is equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an additional floor mattress, to accommodate up to a maximum of 5 guests. It has a 35” & 45" Smart HDTVs and a high-speed Wifi for your entertainment or even work needs. Whether you want to make your own meal or takeout from restaurants, a built-in stove, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking pots and utensils, and dinnerware and utensils are available for use in the kitchen. The bathroom has bidet, shower, and fresh towels for your convenient use. Our place also has a dining table and living area with a comfy couch. D’Casa unit is always freshly cleaned and towels, linens are replaced after every guest/booking. Boracay Newcoast is around 10 - 15 minutes away from Stations 1-3 through various modes of transportation (e-tricycle, Hop-on-Hop-off shuttle, motorcycle). Check-in time: 2:00-3:00 PM (early check-in is subject to availability and is Php 200 per hour if earlier than 2:00 PM) Check-out time: 12:00 PM (early check-out is subject to availability and is Php 200 per exceeding hour after 1:00 PM) ————— Amenities: • Swimming Pool • Pool Loungers • Pool Cabana ————— Getting here from Caticlan or Kalibo Airport: PRIVATE/ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION • You may book prior to your arrival from various transportation companies servicing Boracay such as Island Star Express, Southwest Tours, etc. They offer direct from airport to accommodation (door-to-door) transportation. • These may also be booked on the day of your arrival at the airport. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (from Caticlan Airport) • Take the tricycle located just outside the airport, they will drop you off at the port. • Pay the corresponding fees at the port including the boat fee. Boat ride to Boracay island takes around 5-minutes only. • Ride an e-tricycle or hop-on-hop-off shuttle to Boracay Newcoast (around 30-minutes from the port). Guest access It is very convenient to stay in our unit in Newcoast, even though it is secluded, e-tricycles and HOHO shuttles can go inside to service guests and tourists. If you are a health-conscious individual, jog or run enthusiast then you will certainly enjoy the walks around this area.
