The main floor of the home includes 3 bedrooms with private bathroom attached, kitchen and an open living room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home including the kitchen, the deck and outdoor dining area. There is a path towards the riverfront that guests are allowed to walk on. There is a small fence. Do not go beyond the fence or the boundaries of the property onto any neighbors property. There are kayaks and boat that can be availed upon request. The number of guests in the reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, not just overnight. No additional guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. 2. No pets are allowed. 3. It takes close to 1.5 hours to deliver food after ordering. Please order accordingly.
