You will have available space for up to 3 cars under the carport and extra space if needed ( visitors ) Guest access As the entire property is being booked, guests will have access to all areas displayed on this Airbnb page, including the beautifully positioned 10-acre estate surrounded by the Gold Coast Hinterland, offering a unique experience and privacy. This booking includes a 2-dwelling house, ideal for a getaway with in-laws, families with teenagers, two families, or a large group of friends or a couple that just want to indulge in a very private and spacious retreat. Guests can enjoy stunning ocean views on the horizon from two pergolas, one rustic stage with a fire pit, lights, and chairs. The property features two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms, plus one large king studio bedroom with its own living areas, TVs, private deck, and views. Additional amenities include separate toilets, showers, bath, three BBQ areas, and pet-friendly accommodations for $100 'per pet per stay', all within minutes of shops and the M1. Other things to note The barbecue facility is provided complimentary. However, we kindly request that you leave it in the same condition as you found it to avoid incurring a *$50 cleaning fee. The property utilizes rainwater, and usage is restricted to brief showers. Unfortunately, we cannot offer unlimited water usage, particularly during periods of drought. Therefore, please be mindful of your water consumption. In other words, extended showers typical of urban areas are not feasible in the Hinterland, unless there has been substantial rainfall. Please be considerate when using the air conditioning and turn it off when departing for the day. A pet fee of $100 ,'per pet per stay' applies. Your dog must be supervised at all times to avoid disturbing neighboring properties and noise pollution. A fully fenced backyard is available for your dog's use. Please note that pets are not permitted on furniture, beds, carpets or sofas. If there is evidence of pets on these areas, an additional charge will be incurred. Therefore, please bring your dog's bedding. Firewood is available for purchase on the property at $20 per bag, comparable to local retail prices. Please note that during fire restrictions, the use of fire pits will not be permitted for safety reasons.
