The space Nestled within the scenic expanse of the Texas hill country, our garden aesthetic evokes the convergence of the hill country, the desert, and our hometown of Austin. The large, covered deck offers a peaceful sanctuary for birdwatching with a morning coffee in hand. Blooming perennial garden beds attract hummingbirds and butterflies, and the koi pond is a draw for wildlife. Guest access Full property access: Guests can use the entire home, pool, outdoor space, trail to creek bed. Restricted areas: Carport and storage areas are off limits located in the master bath and beneath the back deck. Other things to note Say hi to "Friend" our resident koi.
