Its 120 m² surface area will offer you: - On the ground floor à large living space which will welcome you warmly, with: > Two sofas on the living room side arranged around the large stone fireplace, a billiard table with its superb blue carpet for family evenings and an audio system. > On the dining side, a modern kitchen fully equipped for the family and a dining area designed for 8 people: custom-made dining table and vintage chairs. A baby chair is available. > A charming outdoor patio hidden from view overlooking both the living room and the kitchen, with dining area and barbecue. - On the first floor: > 2 bedrooms with 1 queen-size double bed of 160 cm each and storage space. A changing table is available, the travel cot on request. > 1 very large fully tiled bathroom with bathtub and double sink, also including 1 toilet. The baby bathtub is available in this bathroom. > 1 fully tiled bathroom with shower and sink, also including 1 WC. - On the second floor: > 2 bedrooms (one of which is very large) with 2 single beds each and storage space, as well as a suitable work space. A parking card is available for one car, the parking lot is located a 5 minute walk away. Sheets and towels are provided, shampoo and soap too, the house will be ready to welcome you upon your arrival.
