Manor House Forstgut Tanzenhaid

The Forstgut Danzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a privately owned property. The manor house, built in 1725, is located in the middle of a picturesque forest and pond landscape. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished as a vacation home according to modern standards with a lot of style and attention to detail. Accessible via private forest roads, Tanzenhaid is a place where our guests can enjoy relaxing days surrounded by unique natural surroundings. The space The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor, there is the spacious living room with a cozy stove, the dining room with a direct connection to the modernly equipped kitchen, a small study/reading room, a shower room and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The three bedrooms and the second, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub are upstairs. Two terraces offer a smooth transition into the large garden with old trees and a sauna. The ponds by the house are used for carp farming. Pond management is deeply rooted in Franconian culture and has a centuries-long history. Brave guests are allowed to swim in the ponds. Just don't be alarmed if a curious carp swims alongside. From Tanzenhaid, you can go on numerous hikes, bicycle rides and excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings. Guest access Danzenhaid is accessible via private forest trails by car. The garden of the mansion is fenced and equipped with an automatic gate. Parking is available directly at the house. The key handover takes place in person. In winter, winter tires are required.
