Middle Floor-Climb an L stair to middle floor. A big living area with big comfort couch adds up beauty here. A dining area and a pantry kitchen with all modern appliances microwave, fridge is there. A kid’s attraction is the unique hammock floor provided and the Attic reading space. Wi-Fi 30 Mpbs and Smart TV is available where you can connect your mob. Have a private bedroom with an attached bath. Some board games are provided to enjoy. A working table is available in bedroom for who wants to work from home. Top floor- A stair leads to 3 rd floor which is very spacious and have a top balcony area.Attached open glass bath room is set in the room. Proper fenced parking space is available 6 cars. You will enjoy your drive between the tea and coffee plantation. Will give bit of off-road experience too. Normal sedan cars can be driven to the parking. Guest access For activities nearby please read the guidebook. Barbeque /Camp fire/ Karaoke/Carroms/ Badminton / Sub (mini) soccer etc available. There is a neighbourhood stream (In summer it may be dry) 5 minutes’ walk which flows in full strength in rainy days. A swimmable stream is away 5 minutes’ drive. It is private property and prior permission payment may be required. Zip lines are available to enjoy within 20 minutes’ drive. Bamboo rafting is available in 25 to 30 minutes driving. Hiking and visiting local tribes are allowed with permissions Other things to note October to May is the best time to visit Wayanad. The times between December to February are much cooler than the other months of the year with downfall of temperature up to 10°C. so this is the best time to travel to Wayanad. The location is 7 km from the main town. A food menu is provided and you have to preorder and it will be delivered.
