House one block from Ubatuba beach, equipped with kitchen (basic utensils, stove and refrigerator) Laundry with sink, 3 suites, two with air conditioning, toilet, barbecue and outdoor shower. Space for parking up to 2 cars. The space Two-story house with large patio and barbecue in the outdoor area (uncovered) Downstairs is the kitchen, toilet, living room and suite. Upstairs there is a space with a laundry room + table with chairs and 2 en-suites. (2 en-suites have air conditioning and 1 fan) On the same plot of land there is the caretaker's house, a small Kitnet with a private entrance, occupied by a discreet, single man who works outside all day and does not interact with guests. We don't have a washing machine or a television. We have internet on-site. Our kitchen is equipped with the basics. Glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, stove, refrigerator and freezer. We recommend that guests bring towels. Guest access Guests will have access to the courtyard and the areas described in the listing. Other things to note It is important that the use of the air conditioning is done in a conscious manner, if it is identified that the air was turned on without having someone at home, it may be turned off or an additional charge may be made.
