The open studio on the second floor features a private balcony with stunning sunrise views over the lake from the balcony and the king bed. No pets allowed. Service animals are not permitted to be left alone. No events, parties, or large gatherings. The accommodation sleeps up to 3 people, with a maximum of 3 additional daytime guests permitted. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles and 1 trailer. Fishing is catch-and-release only and at your own risk. Deer, turkeys, and other wildlife are present in the area. Please drive cautiously. There are no cleaning fees, as we kindly ask guests to tidy up before departure. Please place all trash in the designated bin, put used linens in the hamper next to the coffee maker, and wash your dishes. Third-party reservations are strictly prohibited. The person making the reservation must be present at the property during their stay and is responsible for any damages. Any third-party reservations discovered will be canceled without a refund, and excessive cleaning fees or damages will be charged to the individual who booked the reservation.
