A little paradise: we are located in the village of Sant'Elmo, Castiadas (Sardinia). The recently renovated villa is perfect for a couple or a family (maximum 2 children), just 200 meters from enchanting beaches!Every day you can admire the sea as you get out of bed and smell the scent of the Mediterranean maquis from the large terrace. Village amenities: bar, restaurant, supermarket, soccer fields, tennis, mini golf, electric car charging. Reserved parking space The space At the entrance of the house there is a large living area, kitchen complete with dishwasher, TV cabinet with cutlery, plates, glasses and goblets, coffee machine, kettle and air fryer. The dining table and the 2-seater sofa bed (single or double) complete the room. In the adjacent area, separated by a bookcase, there is the sleeping area with a large double bed and wardrobes. A crib is also available upon request. Large bathroom with washing machine and window with mosquito net. The villa is completed by a large terrace with a dining table, large deckchairs and a barbecue corner. Beach umbrella and sun loungers are also available. A perfect and intimate space with a beautiful sea view (also visible from inside the house and from the bed). Air conditioning. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of all areas of the house, including the parking space. Other things to note Those who go on vacation to Sant'Elmo always come back. It's like discovering paradise: a unique place, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, perfect for great outdoor walks or for a run in the dirt roads adjacent to the beaches.
