Beautiful and modern house located in Lomas de San Blas in the heart of Surf City just 4k away from El Tunco beach. Cozy and fully equipped with A/C, 24/7 security and easy access to the beach where you can take a surf lesson or release turtles in nearby nurseries. Don't you want to cook? You will find a variety of nearby restaurants, many of them with delivery service. You know what else is awesome? The house is fully controlled by Alexa! You can turn on/off lights, the fan and much more. The space It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our stay, we have the following environments available to you: - 1 master bedroom with A/C and his own bathroom with shower - 2 rooms each with A/C and are connected by 1 bathroom with shower - Equipped kitchen with pans, pots, cutlery, glasses, mugs, dish soap and sponge, coffee maker, microwave, bowls, kitchen utensils and 4 burner electric stove - Living room with a bathroom - Laundry room - BBQ area - Private pool and jacuzzi (the jacuzzi water is room temperature) - 1 TV in the living room -The house has a smart jacuzzi that is controlled from an application. It will be the guests' responsibility to notify if they want to use it. -The house has 2 air conditioners in the living area. Guest access All property will be used by guests. They have an easy access to the beach, the walk is about 5 min. There are 2 free parking spaces at home, a 3rd or 4th vehicle can be parked on the side of the property without any major inconvenience. The rate covers a maximum of 10 guests. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING >Photos of ID´s and vehicle license plate(s) must be provided one day before check-in, all photos must be sent through the platform, this is needed to manage entry. >Please note that house doesn’t have any type of code locks for entrance. Doors are left unlock at 3:00PM for easy entrance. If you need the physical key, this needs to be requested via message as soon as you arrive. >For your safety and ours, the complex administration asks that departing guests return no later than 10:00 p.m., if you need to arrive later let us know to notify security guards. >No parties allowed (penalty fee by security complex management $200). >Smoking is prohibited inside the home ($200 penalty fee). >Additional guests are not allowed (penalty fee for not informing will be $100 usd. >Loud music is not permitted after 10pm ($150 resort security penalty fee) >Forgotten items will be discarted at the end of the day if we don’t receive inmediate response once we alert you. >Please note that coaster and buses are not allow to entry the residential premises. **Follow the rules to avoid unnecessary and conflictive situations**
