This much-loved family home invites you in for a warm hug, offering space when and where you need it, whilst allowing for memories to be made! Walk to the popular Middlebeach for a coffee and a walk on pristine beaches, or to the village shops for some retail therapy. A short drive from Grahamstown, perfect for visiting parents! The space This home has spacious living areas, and a courtyard for braais and relaxing, whilst listening to the birds in the trees. The main house has the Master Bedroom in it, whilst the other two bedrooms are located across the courtyard. Off-street parking, with a motorized driveway gate, offers space for two cars. Guest access The house and Annex are part of the rental, and should the guests wish to add more guests, the Cottage listing can be opened up for them to book - this Cottage is normally closed off otherwise. The garage is used as a games room and storage space, and so is not for motor vehicles. Other things to note The nightly rate is calculated on the number of guests booked. The two bedrooms of the Annex are not connected internally to the house, but are accessed across the courtyard.
