It has air conditioning and a fireplace that can be used on request and for stays of at least three days. The kitchen is complete with appliances such as fridge, oven, hob and water boiler. Guest access The house is on the ground floor of a two-storey building where on the first floor I live with my wife and on the second my son and his family. The courtyard is a common area. The house has a small garden which is not completely fenced off but is available for guests to use. Other things to note This is a short-term lease, so a contract must be signed on arrival.
