It is important to note that access to the apartment is via stairs, something to keep in mind if you come with a wheelchair or stroller. The bathroom has a modern shower and hairdryer. It is not a tourist accommodation. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, medical, or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalize the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide documentation that proves the reason for the stay. Although we prefer to welcome our guests in person, if for any reason this is not possible, we offer the option of convenient self check-in, as the entrance is separate. In any case, we will visit you once you have checked in. Self-check-in takes place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-in after 6:00 PM and until 9:00 PM will incur an additional charge of €20 payable by the guest. Check-in between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM will incur an additional charge of €30, payable by the guest. Check-in time is until 11:00 PM, as stated in the house rules. If, due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.), you arrive after 11:00 PM, you will be charged €35. Between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM, the charge is €50. Self check-in is available, and it may be possible to check in between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM, although this must be requested in advance and authorized. Self check-in is not available after 11:00 PM, but please contact us if we can assist you. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO STAY IN THE APARTMENT AFTER 2:00 AM. We offer complimentary early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Check-in until 11:00 PM is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. In Madrid, this rule is closely monitored, and penalties are usually severe. We suggest you take out the trash when necessary. The bins are placed at the building entrance in the late afternoon and are collected daily by municipal services around midnight. Finally, as if it were your own home, we expect you to leave the property in good condition, with the lights off and the air conditioning and heating switched off, upon your departure. Failure to present these documents will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Failure to comply with this obligation will entitle us to cancel the reservation without any compensation to the client. If you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we commit to storing them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them.
